Shipping Services:
We offer UPS shipping for packages up to 150lbs, unless otherwise specified. UPS services included, ground services, 3-Day Air, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, & Saturday delivery. Packages over 150lbs are shipped by Yellow Freight unless otherwise specified.
Payment Methods:
C.O.D., Money Order, Cashiers Check, Bank Transfer (call for info), Master Card, Visa, & Discover accepted. All orders over $1000.00 & special orders require a 50% deposit.
International Orders:
All international orders require payment in full prior to shipping. Payment methods include: Bank Transfer (call for info), Bank Money Order US (Funds Only), Master Card, Visa, & Discover. Shipping carrier is at our discretion, unless otherwise specified.
Returns:
All returns must include a copy of the original invoice with an explanation of the return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. All returns must be sent prepaid, no collect shipments will be accepted. Returned items must be from original purchaser only. Special orders are non-returnable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
