• Fully CNC machined inner cavity to eliminate as much weight as possible, and a final grind to the inner diameter is performed to provide tight dimensional tolerance. The outer diameter sides are ground to match precise concentricitys held to .0002 inches.
• Forged reinforced pushrod seat ensures reliabilty and pressurized oiling lubrication when using high valve spring pressure at high rpm levels.
• Multi-stage heat treatment process to obtain better material performance with strength, material density, micro-structure hardness integrity, and reduction in friction factor.
• Critically lubricated through a .025-inch laser precision hole for increased oil delievery at all times and extend cam lobe-face to lifter life cycle for today's sophisticated and demanding high performance engines.
